To begin with, this is because of the abundant land that the developers used to have prior to building the homes which was then translated to the wide roads located around the residential areas as well. You will most likely see a lot of townhouses, single unit homes and such here at Sri Hartamas. Over at Mont Kiara, however, a different landscape can be seen. This is where you will be able to see more condominiums and apartments which are big in space and high risen and can be seen lighting up the sky lines throughout the night and from afar. The price of property here have since appreciated steadily with more demand from property owners and investors favouring Sri Hartamas for its isolated location and yet near enough to anywhere else in the Klang Valley.
