There are many attractions here at Sri Hartamas, among them are the 2 golf clubs including the Mont Kiara Golf and Equestrian club. On top of that, there is also the National Science Center located a stone's throw away from the golf club. There is also a True Fitness gymnasium situated at the commercial areas of Sri Hartamas while the newly opened Plaza Damas is a new shopping and commercial area of the township.

Entertainment – one of the main attractions of Sri Hartamas is in its entertainment areas. This is where you will find that at night fall, the shops in around the town center of Sri Hartamas literally lights up to cater for those who come here for a night out of drinking and hanging out. There are a wide variety of pubs like Breakers, 1957 and Finnegans Irish Pub all of which serve drinks throughout the day. There are also cafes here like Starbucks and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf catered to those who would like to drink coffee while clubs like Soda and Modestos are for those hard core clubbers.

Food and Restaurants – You will find that there are a wide array of choices when it comes to food here at Sri Hartamas. For those who like varieties, you can head out to the food court located just next to the Fire Department. Specialty restaurants serving continental and local food like Soul'ed Out and many others are also available. Due to the large community of Japanese and Koreans in around these areas, you will also be able to find a lot of Japanese and Korean restaurants lining up the shop lots as well. For those who like local cuisine you can head out to Mamak stalls like Uncle Don's and many more that are scattered in around Sri Hartamas.

Shopping – For shoppers, there are many boutique shops around the town centre of Sri Hartamas like Cat's Whiskers, Blook and others. If you prefer a less hassle and comforting shopping experience, you can go to Plaza Damas. At Mont Kiara there is a weekend flea market where you will be able to spot and buy bargain items or used ones.
